Heh.
Okay. So I guess it should be said that at the Beer Fest, I kissed Michelle, Mark and Lucas. Apparently I forgot to.
Onto other things.
Well, its been a Tara weekend for Meggo. We had our date night on Friday, which went well. We went to Hernando's hideaway, since she loves Tex-Mex so much. We came home and she went out with Shaun, Matt and such. Met up with Chris and...whatever his new guy's name is. We'll see if he's around for long... I have the feeling that new guy is a rebound. But I could be wrong.
We also had a party at our place. Or rather Anita had a party. No Hard feelings. I just had to quiet them down when they were yelling outside at 4:30AM...and liable to wake up people who live over a bar. I'm sorry, but its bad when people over a bar are getting bothered by you.
On Saturday we went to Phil's B-day party, toga-less. I'm not a toga wearing kinda gal. That and it was cold and wet outside, not very condusive to the toga wearing. I also have several other reasons, but suffice it to say I did not wear one. And at the end, Phil was the only one wearing his.
It was good times. I demonstrated my Twister talent. (undefeated) And Pat touched up my Tatt a little, so it looks outright awesome now, and he touched up a couple of Meggo's colours on her tatt as well. Thanks Pat! She say we're apparently going to have Pat and Meg over for the last colour and Pricillia Queen of the Desert night sometime. And a pint at the Pub next door. Coolness.
On Sunday, the horror of horrors, we hitched a ride to Cobourg with Ben (Thanks to Ben for the ride!) And hung out with my family for the day. We took the kids out to dinner and watched some movies with them. It was good times. Meaghan and Mom got on a lot better than previously, which is really good. Mom even asked how Meggo was doing when she phoned me today.
(I think maybe Mom has realized that of her prospects for daughter in law or even girlfriend, at least Meggo is...neither touched, nor trailer trash, and thereby beats any of my brother's GF's by a very, very wide margin.)
That about sums up my long weekend, thus far.
And interesting time, neh?

Yes, it was interesting, Meggo's reaction when that was revealed. Sorry. I'm glad you and Meggo had a good weekend.
You Togaless slackers! Here I am, all the way in China, looking through a web-cam, expecting to see Bachenal-esque, Caligula like excesses, and the bunch of you are sitting around toga-less playing Settlers of Catan(my Settlers of Catan, Ironically...). I must say I am disappointed[insert finger whagging and tisking here]. :P
No Problem, glad you like it. Let me know when your not working. I'd like to work on your back tattoo and throw around some ideas, and a pint sounds great :D
Actually Chris, we were playing Ben's Settlers of Catan.
So much the worse Michelle, so much the worse[insert more finger waging and tisking] :P
Well, Chris, if you had been on at one point, there had been a majority of us with toga, and I had taken off my shirt, and Meggo even had her pants sorta down. For the purposes of tattooing. But downish nonetheless. Wait until I getr them to webcast a game of Diplomacy!!!!! Mwa HA ha ha ha ha ha ha!!
Hey, this seems to really be the only place to get a hold of you, so I'll leave it here. We're still on for Friday right? I can crash there and we'll hang out and catch up and stuff?
